Sat up to go make a drink and pulled the muscles down the sides of my upper back, did the same thing earlier this week, bent forward to kiss the wife and it'd just sorted it's self, woke up feeling ok, and now back to where I was for daring to stand up, fuck me, love this getting old shit...
