Weed is the ONLY thing keeping me sane right now, got a few different types, Berry Cup Nogs are real nice, 28%THC and taste sublime, feels nice too, but I am waking up at 2.30am in pain and dont fancy hitting the weed that early ,so really need better painkillers or I wont be sleeping well at all.

Doctors are so fucking ARRRRGGGHHHH, have to wait another 2 weeks before I can even speak to a doctor, so already been 2weeks with out pain relief that works and they took my sleeping pills because they gave me better pain meds that they then took off me, fucking fuming, level of care is SHIT!!.

Had tinnitus so bad yesterday it knocked me sick, it was worse when things where silent, really loud, but if I had a bit of noise I could bare it, lasted from 2pm until I went to bed at 9pm, took a sleeping pill, woke up a few times with it still but its not so bad this morning.

So happy Black Ops7 was on game pass, I didnt waste £ buying it, BO6 was only out last year, that one wasn't so bad, this one isn't that great, co-op campaign is a terrible idea, even if you can play it solo, you still join a lobby then can't even pause the game it's dumb, they rushed it, it shows.

Ok people, if you walk a whole lot for pleasure or work, what foot ware do you buy? hiking shoes? walking boots? work boots? my wife walks the dogs about 5/6k a day so she goes through shoes, need a pair that'll last a few years if possible, most of hers are done in a year no matter the price.
