I feel like the conversation around Defund in New York is missing the point - The NYPD wasn't defunded, but the cops responded as thought it was, refusing to do their jobs and creating the appearance that they were was to the incurious. Here's the data from traffic enforcement:

Democratic senators need to stop pretending that GOP senators are their “good friends across the aisle” and realize many of them are just lying sociopaths who are actively fanning the flames of violence against them.
It’s not just Mike Lee — Bernie Moreno is pretending that a registered Republican evangelical anti-abortion Trump voter who assassinated a Democrat and had more on his hit list is a representative of “the extreme left”

Find something you can do. There is *always* something. No one can do everything, but everyone can do something.
For the folks talking about the "3.5% rule", remember that after you come out for a rally you also need to take part in organized, effective resistance. Materially disrupt things. Make trouble. Create support networks to feed your neighbors and bail out protesters.

Don't show up just one day.

The crisis is here, right now. You are currently in crisis.
The FBI is literally arresting judges now.

Whatever your question is, the answer is housing.
"In the program’s first year, students said they created their own DIY recording studio due to a lack of facilities. Other scholarship recipients went to great lengths to stay enrolled, like couch surfing for months, after they realized they were on the hook for housing and other fees."
A Brooklyn school backed by Jay-Z said students could graduate debt-free. Now they're buried in it.
