Straight up don’t give a shit anymore
As a small biz owner/entrepreneur or whatever you want to call me, people always ask me if I was a business major. My response is usually “oh god no, I was an English major with a concentration in playwriting who wished he had taken more classics courses.”
It's so striking to me all the essays about the death of the humanities and who and what to blame and blah blah blah and the answer is pretty much the undergraduate business major and everything it represents.

I knew we were playing with house money for the past two months and if you keep playing, the house always wins. Next year will be a true reflection on where we are in the rebuild. Fortunately we have a receiver who can run down a shirtless fan faster than anyone.

I've been running my sliding sport website for nearly 15 years. This is my fourth Winter Olympics I've covered in one way or another.
By far, I've seen more enthusiasm for the Olympics here on Bluesky than I remember on any other social media platform. It's legitimately not even close.

Visited the WWII museum in NOLA today. Listening to Tom Hanks narrate the greatest generation standing up to dictators and fascists and then think about where we are today. Both inspiring and depressing.
