The good news about the NHS keeps on coming. Here is a summary of the latest. A long way to go still, but things are starting to improve!

The goal is clear: end hotel use by 2029, replace chaos with competence, and rebuild public confidence.

Blaming migrants for a backlog created by a broken system is like blaming passengers for a train signal failure.

Everything about this viral tweet is wrong.

No: the government hasn’t raided the National Insurance Fund.

No: the surplus can’t be used for anything you like, without loading our children with debt/taxes.

Here’s why. 🧵

UK steelmakers regain tariff-free access to the EU from today.

It is a direct result from the Prime Minister’s EU deal signed back in May.

The restore quota allows up to 27k tonnes of steel to be sold into the EU year supporting 100k jobs in the UK in the steel industry and related sectors.

No doubt the BBC will be asking Farage what he thinks of the football result . Badenoch will say under the Tories it would have been won in full time. Labour fail yet again to meet a target. Corbyn is will say that he needs to have meeting before his party can form an opinion. Starmer 🍺🍺

Today, Lee Anderson MP wrote a post on X that breaks sub judice rules and is in contempt of court, about a live criminal case. He was warned to be careful about what he said publicly by Notts Police. He ignored that advice. I have written to the AG and Lord Chancellor informing them of his contempt.

Anyone seen or heard any interviews of Farage being asked about the Epstein grooming gang ? And his mate Donald’s part in it ?

"How Boris Johnson is the only one standing in Nigel Farage's way" is an indefensibly ridiculous headline for The Times to put as clickbait on a story with poll evidence showing the opposite!
- Farage less popular than Starmer + Boris less popular than Starmer! (But *others* more popular)

I was told at meetings I could never hide my contempt & should never play poker . Meloni is all of us in this moment , Trump is something on the bottom of her shoe.
I’d love to know what Macron knows and what he just told Meloni.
That’s one hell of a reaction.
