Dad has a hospital bed & needs full instead of half rails. I talked to the company 2x yesterday, 3x today, was told they’d be there yesterday, then today, and now they’ll be delivered tomorrow. Maybe.

I love that we’re building holiday traditions. Tonight we got to do our annual Mission Inn Lights visit and we brought a couple of friends! No pictures of people due to my teenager not approving the pictures.

I love this poem. Being able to hear poems read aloud is pretty great, too.

Foster dog got fixed today. He was very loopy afterwards. He just sat still and stared at nothing. The evening walk included him frantically barking at nothing, so I’m kind of wondering if he was hallucinating. He has calmed down, thankfully.

A new foster dog is living with us! He's a 3 year old mini Schnauzer who was used as a stud. He wants all the attention and loves to play. I have no interest in keeping him because he's not snuggly, but he will find his place eventually. He's shaved down right now (probably mats).

I was asked to foster a 1.5 year old Border Collie mix. Currently 30ish#, will eventually be 50# when not starving. I can’t. I can foster calm, older, smaller dogs who can sleep much of the day, but my small house plus my work schedule would drive that poor dog completely batty.
