The U.S. flooding Europe with conspiracy theory news and racist propaganda will be counter productive to their cause. Foreign meddling will hurt the far right, pro-Russia parties in Europe badly.

Colonial empires survive on projection of power, rather than actual power. This is one of the reasons why the European colonial empires collapsed after WW2. Russia has been good at pretending it is strong for a long time, but Ukraine proved it to be a mirage. Russia is weak and will lose the war
One thing the last quarter century has shown is that Vladimir Putin is a horrible and wildly overestimated strategist.
