I'm healing my generational trauma, forcefully. And im doing it by screaming at my kids, like a fucking moose (elk?), changing the pitch until it echos off the ceiling, as I chase them around the house. And when they inevitably fall over laughing, I lick their foreheads and scream SIMBA!

Real talk, sweating through deodorant in a few hours is embarrassing as hell.
In my teen years, I switched deodorant brands every 6 months because they'd stop working for me.
Dove mens "clean comfort" is the only thing that lasts all day. Stole it from my spouse years ago and never looked back.
