Right. Voters don't cast a ballot for "minority Liberal government", they vote for an MP. So, if that MP crosses the floor, they're making a decision on behalf of their constituents which is what we elect them to do. This is the parliamentary system.

This does not end in 2029 with Trump leaving office at the end of his term, if he does leave. There are plenty of Trumpian fascists to take his place. Their focus on Europe is not just about wanting ideological clones in all European capitals: it's about purifying the 'white world'.

...my employer is mainly a US company and the AI may work very well for US circumstances but it does not here in Canada. Basic functions still don't work properly in Canada that aren't an issue in the US. A new source of concern for government foreign acquisition reviews...

My employer asked us to use an AI program about 3 yrs ago which continues to make the same mistakes regarding basic tasks. Staff must check its work, which means we take more time to produce the same results as before. Seeing low adoption rates, they implore us with the Sunk Cost Fallacy . 🤦
