Yesterday, we caught up on some unfinished business when our President, @mrtrickett.bsky.social, presented Tileyard North with one of our Design Awards for their Gradient Mill. (See photo)

This modern office building is part of the revitalised mills complex at Wakefield's waterfront.

Excellent evening with @wakefieldcivicsoc.bsky.social at their Architectural Photography Competition prize night at Wakefield Exchange. There were 143 entries showcasing the wonderful variety of architecture in Wakefield city centre, the suburbs & rural areas.

Good news for heritage!
Funding confirmed today for major projects involving Victorian buildings: the British Library North at Temple Works + National Poetry Centre at the Trinity Church. Grade I Temple Works should now be able to come off our Top Ten Endangered Buildings list.
