It's pure greed on wotcs part to not give wildcards for brawl bans, it's singleton so it's never a big amount of wildcards.
The point of these refunds is to maintain player confidence in spending wildcards so if you don't give the refunds players will stop using wildcards for that format.

Can game developers please stop having nickname filters like this? Especially when it's a single player game.
If they really feel the need to do this filter they should add spaces, ban " SS " not "SS" so people can name their Digimon normal names like Jessica.

I've been playing Pokémon since the beginning and I've never seen a community so divided on a game as ZA.
Almost everyone seems to be either saying it's the best Pokémon game or the worst. SwSH and SV got similar complaints but I never saw people saying it was the best, it's weird.

A lot of old youtube videos are going to suddenly look really bad.
Youtube has announced that all low-res videos (i.e. older ones) are to be automatically AI upscaled to HD.
Creators can opt-out on a per video basis (but the channel may be long abandoned).
When researching props or behind the scenes, old videos are useful, but not if upscaling produces artefacts.

Taking Jin-Gitaxis off for "high mana value" is very funny to me because I have never seen that card actually cast for its mana cost.

It's really funny seeing this after I made a post about how bad limited was this year lmao. It's magic's most profitable year, sure, but I wouldn't call it the greatest.

I reckon this is gonna be a flashpoint for magic. Something breaks everything and then it all gets "fixed" but the universe is fundamentally changed allowing wotc to just retcon anything they want to retcon.
Potentially also merging UB into the magic universe in the actual story.

Did a sealed. Went 4-3 with Selesnya Spiders.
Got 1 close game (which I lost) and everything else wasn't close with one player just absolutely thrashing the other.
One of the worst limited formats I've ever played 😂

Drafted Villains and played 4 games, 3 of them were against blue/black and 1 was against red/black.
Felt like luck (both in draft pool and draws) was the main decider for every game.
Should I try traditional draft or sealed?
