Is the upgrade worth it? Is spending 1 more mana for Dawn Charm's fog worthwhile because it can also sometimes regenerate a creature or make you hexproof?

TTyrtle has put together another old border list for Homeland's own Reveka, Wizard Savant, and this one was created for Archidekt's March 2025 deckbuilding contest.
Homelands might not have the most impressive selection of legends, but that doesn't mean some brave souls haven't taken up the challenge. User azure.harri has the most seen Soraya the Falconer on Archidekt, an all old-border bird list you can check out here:

No major changes to the Brackets this time, but we've been working on clarifying some of the ~*vibes~* around each Bracket, including adding "safe turns" and delineating expectations for decks, win conditions, and gameplay.
We've also removed tutor restriction from 1 & 2.
