My wife was surprised that I know off the top of my head that the speed of light is about 186,000 miles/second. I thought this was common knowledge?? I definitely remember it coming up in books a lot but also maybe I just read too much sci-fi

Just renewed my drivers license for RealID. I advise every transgender person, just as I did with passports, to not wait to renew your ID. Get that done now - many states let you do it online, schedule appointments, etc.
Don't get caught flat footed if/when Trump turns RealID against us.
