One of the best Earthbound-inspired games I've played. A genuine emotional rollercoaster, well balanced combat, mostly funny, sometimes scary, always surprising.
I've word from the developer that the new console stuff will be coming to the PC version eventually, but may take a couple months.

Happy to have another excuse to write about Final Fantasy 11, which recently broke in the exact right way to force its Games Masters into doing something extremely funny:
After a server glitch, Final Fantasy 11 is dispatching Game Masters to manually assassinate bugged monsters just so the game knows they're really dead: 'God personally stepping in to correct the world...
Sometimes there's only one way to be sure.

Sometimes I think it'd be a good idea for CEOs to be scored, Metacritic-style, based on how others evaluate how they run a company. I like to imagine it would encourage more restraint. Their incompetence does real damage. You shouldn't have to suffer executives just because you want to be a gamedev.

Rpgmaker.net coming back online is very significant, as a whole generation of 2000s and 2010s indie games was contextless and nearly lost without it.
