Here's a tool I made in Houdini recently—a "bottle brush" tree generator that lets me create and customize those little decorative pine trees that are made with bristles twisted around wire. I love building little control interfaces!
I have no idea what's good in Pauper.

Inspiring Overseer was huge in Capenna limited and seems like a good first pick, but Gray Merchant feels like he has to be the equivalent of a bomb. All in on Black from pick 1. 😎🖤

Death rays, destabilizing world governments, orchestrating the addition of microtransactions to popular video games, etc.

*tsk tsk*

You're thinking like a multi-millionaire. Building things? That's millionaire activities. Once you hit the billy you gotta get freaky with it.

The world if Konami turns their shit around like Capcom did, starts caring about their franchises again and release a prestige Castlevania game:

But then if you cost the card like its generic mana equivalents, now it's just a worse version. 🥲

If "any single target" includes players, the increasing red pips become less and less of a cost, I think.

The more you print a card that encourages burning a player out (high damage for more pips), the more they're willing to go to that all-in mono red burn deck, so the pips become irrelevant?

Imagine me, a child in the late 90s, reading this and Animorphs at the same time and getting a NON-MORPHING FUTURE.
February 11, 2026 at 4:38 AM
This book from 1999 (very formative for me) had a whole section on morphing! !

I only knew what younger, shaggy Dan O'Bannon looked like. I *actually* couldn't believe this was him, but who else could it be?

Redrawn with the same goofy over exaggeration would be great too.

For over 30 years young boys have failed to understand the core message of Jurassic Park—that dinosaurs are bad.
My wife’s little nephews are visiting and the younger one keeps stuffing toy dinosaurs into a toy truck, which tells me that he likely hasn’t internalized the message of “The Lost World: Jurassic Park” (1997)

A little picture-in-picture as the event is happening. "Regular Joe Cam".

...and it's just the regular guy getting airlifted out of the skeleton track.

Summer and winter athletes all put in a pool. Big wheel to spin that assigns what they compete in.

Sorry you're 18 ft tall, Joel Embiid, now get out there and give us your best rhythm routine.

It's SO good and smooth, I really hope they keep improving it. The labels are pretty wonky and imperfect but still interesting. I've been exploring near myself and finding interesting people.

Elon should go to Mars and as a cutting-edge innovator and explorer he should NOT wait for the doubters and bean counters to make sure it's "safe".

The Bluesky Map is one of the coolest and best things I've seen since I've been here.
I made a map of 3.4 million Bluesky users - see if you can find yourself!

I've seen some similar projects, but IMO this seems to better capture some of the fine-grained detail

Seems like a decent chance that's the reason she's aware of his music. Looking at some of the numbers on his accounts I don't think he's ~that~ well known musically?
