Here's a tool I made in Houdini recently—a "bottle brush" tree generator that lets me create and customize those little decorative pine trees that are made with bristles twisted around wire. I love building little control interfaces!
I only knew what younger, shaggy Dan O'Bannon looked like. I *actually* couldn't believe this was him, but who else could it be?

Redrawn with the same goofy over exaggeration would be great too.

For over 30 years young boys have failed to understand the core message of Jurassic Park—that dinosaurs are bad.
My wife’s little nephews are visiting and the younger one keeps stuffing toy dinosaurs into a toy truck, which tells me that he likely hasn’t internalized the message of “The Lost World: Jurassic Park” (1997)

A little picture-in-picture as the event is happening. "Regular Joe Cam".

...and it's just the regular guy getting airlifted out of the skeleton track.

Summer and winter athletes all put in a pool. Big wheel to spin that assigns what they compete in.

Sorry you're 18 ft tall, Joel Embiid, now get out there and give us your best rhythm routine.

Holy shit. Hahahaha

It's SO good and smooth, I really hope they keep improving it. The labels are pretty wonky and imperfect but still interesting. I've been exploring near myself and finding interesting people.

I'm sorry this shit made me laugh

Elon should go to Mars and as a cutting-edge innovator and explorer he should NOT wait for the doubters and bean counters to make sure it's "safe".

The Bluesky Map is one of the coolest and best things I've seen since I've been here.
I made a map of 3.4 million Bluesky users - see if you can find yourself!

I've seen some similar projects, but IMO this seems to better capture some of the fine-grained detail

Seems like a decent chance that's the reason she's aware of his music. Looking at some of the numbers on his accounts I don't think he's ~that~ well known musically?

I haven't even read these books and my heart is broken 💔
February 9, 2026 at 6:49 PM
I'd never heard of these books but I want you to know this skweet sent me on a damn wild goose chase looking for the third cover from TOR in this beautiful style, which doesn't exist 🥲

Itch bundles are the #1 reason I got into other non-D&D RPGs, including Lancer. Seeing "oh I have a lot of things for Troika in this bundle, I should investigate that" was a big part of what did it. Although for Lancer it was mostly Tom's cover art, lol.

Laika is doing Piranesi which FEELS like someone's wish granted. I'm very excited.

I love itch but man I wish it was easier to find/filter by game system.

Love this corner of the skyline

The "developer effort" to "player enjoyment/expression" ratio is kind of off the charts.

Believe it or not I did not at all see you've been Daggerfall-posting when I replied with this. You said "lots of slots" and I thought of Morrowind, then Daggerfall, then realized DF also had paper dolls! BTW I'm interested in your DFU mod setup—it's cool how it's completely changed but still retro.
