It's become clear that this administration is just a protracted war on anybody who's read a book without pictures in it. It's a miracle we're all still getting up and going to work every morning. The psychological drain is the point, and I'm increasingly grateful to the people who are still decent.

my grandfather was a man of his time and not close to what anyone would call "woke" but i think to his dying day he'd have fought you for suggesting an all white army was better than an integrated one

After only being here for about 24 hours, it's very refreshing to see almost everyone not engage with those making bad faith arguments for their right wing views. You can roll in that pigsty all on your own.
