A key finding of our last study is that soluble and immobilized CCL21 gradients cooperate to fine-tune different steps of lymphatic migration, revealing a new layer in leukocyte guidance.

This work was only possible thanks to an amazing team effort!

Using scRNA-seq and Visium HD, we mapped lymphatics in metastatic lymph nodes from breast cancer patients and discovered striking lymphatic remodeling that shapes subsequent metastasis.
