As I get older, I have less patience with people who go on and on; geez, just get on with it. Whatever happened to brevity??

You know, when I'm not there to catch a flight, I rather enjoy the airport, just watching people, the energy, the buzz, like a well oiled machine. @Dulles_Airport

I never thought when watching the Indiana Jones movies that there were people also watching but rooting for the bad guys, thinking, "I want to be like that guy who is trying to kill Indy when I grow up." It seemed pretty clear cut who was good and who was bad. But here we are. #America2025

If you don’t want anyone to commit genocide against Palestinians, then that doesn't mean you want to commit genocide against Jews - it is not a zero sum game. Can't we all just get along??

"Holiness doesn't mean doing extraordinary things, but doing ordinary things with love and faith," Pope Francis. I remember standing on the side of the road in Sarajevo with my than 4 year old daughter, waiting for Pope Francis. RIP dear Sir, truly, you will be missed.

Excellent documentary on the ethnic cleansing of Ahmici during the Bosnian war. Be warned, not for the feint of heart.
On April 16, 1993, Croat nationalist forces backed by the govt of Croatia entered the village of Ahmici in central Bosnia & murdered 116 Bosniak civilians, incl 11 children. It was one of the largest massacres & worst atrocities of the Bosnian War.
