yes, way way past time for a special counsel to take over investigation into the Trump Epstein Files. DOJ/FBI under Bondi/Patel cannot be trusted, as they are simply sock puppet lackeys for Trump, and in an admin that is essentially his personal criminal defense team, independent counsel is a must.
There has to be an investigation into the many individuals who committed heinous crimes alongside Epstein.
There should be a special prosecutor, or a congressional investigation, that looks into the crimes and the ongoing cover-up. It has to happen.
