There's a whole bunch of people both Oh Here and elsewhere that fundamentally don't believe harm reduction is a thing.
There’s a real tendency to lose sight of the distinction between “won’t solve the entire problem” and “doesn’t accomplish anything”
I don't want to quote dunk but I saw another "body cams don't do anything" post and I just want to say that I, a criminal defense attorney, very much like having body cams.

Also, may I say that I don’t agree with people saying ICE and CBP need “more training.” They’re doing exactly what this administration has trained them to—impose a reign of fear in blue cities. They don’t need more training. They need to be ripped up root and branch.

We have ~15 separate radio dispatches, one for each neighborhood, and dozens more for the suburbs/Saint Paul. Each dispatch/monitoring channel contains somewhere between 500 and 2000 people. At any given time there are probably a dozen mobile patrols and 100 on-foot observers in each neighborhood.
Does Minneapolis have a radio dispatch set up for the people who are following ICE? That's brilliant.

If you can substitute "hungry ghost trapped in a jar" for "AI" in a sentence it's probably a valid use case for LLMs. Take "I have a bunch of hungry ghosts in jars, they mainly write SQL queries for me". Sure. Reasonable use case.
