A federal judge late Friday ruled that the Trump administration’s mass firing of probationary employees earlier this year was illegal, a victory for the labor unions and nonprofit groups that had sued the government over the terminations.

Maybe we should honor the women who were real astronauts.

From left to right are Shannon W. Lucid, Margaret Rhea Seddon, Kathryn D. Sullivan, Judith A. Resnik, Anna L. Fisher, and Sally K. Ride. NASA selected all six women as their first female astronaut candidates in January 1978.

Arresting US citizens.
So DeSantis and the Florida Senate has gone a step further and created an unconstitutional bill that allows state troopers to arrest people without due process, including if they are citizens with a birth certificate.

The troopers continue to arrest dozens under this bill that is unconstitutional.
A Federal Judge Paused A Florida Immigration Law. The Arrests Continued Anyway.
Senate Bill 4-C, the law used to detain U.S.-born citizen Juan Carlos Lopez-Gomez, was used to arrest more than a dozen other people.

Gut wrenchingly disappointing.
This is no time to be polite.
Is this how you really handle a damn coup?
I don't care if each and every one of you got thrown out. YOU SHOULD HAVE MADE SURE YOU GOT THROWN OUT.
@algreen.house.gov is the only one with a set of balls.

BREAKING: The Supreme Court ruled the Trump administration must pay U.S. businesses and nonprofits the congressionally authorized $2B they’re owed for work already completed for USAID.

This ruling is a victory for the rule of law. President Trump has a constitutional duty to comply with this order.

Four Supreme Court Justices declaring that Article I of the Constitution doesn't count, and justifying it by saying they personally dislike some spending Congress legally authorized, is insane.

Not quite as insane as a majority saying the president can commit crimes without consequence, but close.
Justice Alito dissents, along with Thomas, Gorsuch and Kavanaugh. Here is the final paragraph from the dissent.

Well… let me tell you.

Because the economy is no longer a measure of how real, working people are doing…
