boxd.it/bS6yon Celebrated Thanksgiving with family in my love language: sharing a niche grindhouse action-comedy
A ★★★★ review of Sisu: Road to Revenge (2025)
Grindhouse Looney Tunes, just like I ordered. With double the budget of 2022’s Sisu comes double the thrills: a bigger bad guy (Stephen Lang, Soviet psycho), bigger stakes (with “The Immortal” toting ...

Remember your favorite creator possibly might be struggling with imposter syndrome and doubt and this timeline sucks.. so if you find yourself thinking “wow I really relate to this persons work” or that persons work gives you joy, you should probably tell them. It’s a hard time to be a creative.

Ok, finally saw Bugonia! 🐝https://boxd.it/bP5nCp
A ★★★★ review of Bugonia (2025)
Everything and everybody kinda sucks. In 2025, that's hardly an earth-shattering observation, but director Yorgos Lanthimos puts just enough of his alarming, absurdist sauce on contemporary malaise to...

Few things kill my interest in a mystery-thriller show more than hearing it’s getting renewed for another season, because then I’m like “ok, cool, so there’s not going to be a satisfying ending for now.”

Today is my birthday! 🎂
If you like my work and want to make my day, I only ask that you share my art and stories with someone who might enjoy them :)
Or trick your gullible friend for a minute. That's also a good one.
