A few years ago I was chatting to an former pupil at Dulwich College who was a contemporary Smeagol Farage. Suffice to say that none of the recent stories have taken me by surprise. Who knows, there may be more to come.

As a simple, naive barrister of 40+ years I can be easily confused.
If you have enough evidence to fire missiles to kill the crew of a civilian boat then I would think that you must have enough evidence to prosecute any survivors in a criminal court for a serious crime rather than release them.
