Amid the news that DePaul’s Loop Library may close, I just want to note that much of the design work on Explore Chicago Collections took place there. It was the perfect spot for folks from UIC, U of C, Newberry, IIT, CHM, AIC etc. to collaborate. Grateful to DePaul. explore.chicagocollections.org

One of my neighbors has been putting up these fish facts posters. All kinds of different fish, marine, freshwater, deep, shallow, all kinds. This is a good one. “Stg this real fish” took me out. Good work, neighbor.

Hasn’t anyone at @chicagocta or anyone in any of the design firms CTA works with ever waited for a train on a hot day? Waiting at the Wilson stop in summer is like being a bug under a magnifying glass. Why would you repeat this mistake? We get 100+ degree days here!

People all over the country need to understand that federal agents are not in Chicago to prevent violence – they're in Chicago to cause violence.
