As federal health agencies begin shifting messaging on long-settled science — in service of ideology — the foundation of trusted public guidance crumbles. That has real-world consequences: lower vaccination, higher risk, more disease. We can’t afford that.

This isn’t a small edit. It’s a seismic one. The CDC has long been the gold standard for vaccine safety. It is now validating inaccurate information and eroding public confidence when it's sorely needed.

As public health citizens, we rely on agencies like the CDC for science-based guidance. But last night’s change to its “Vaccines & Autism” page - now hinting at a possible vaccine link - deeply undermines that trust. When credible institutions shift in ways that echo anti-vax rhetoric, we all lose.

Chicagoans buy out street vendors amid immigration crackdown to give them a 'day without fear'
Some Chicagoans have pooled money in their neighborhoods or through local organizations while others have simply bought out taco stands or tamale vendors.

Since the House is in recess why don't Democrats interview Jack Smith on their own, in public and televise it on MSNBC with Rachel Maddow as moderator?

As far as I know, our campaign was the first of its kind.

We went to every door and helped you out.

We hauled literal tons of trash from people’s homes.

We put our money where our mouths were. No talk, just action.
