6:45am - leave bed + get tea/energy drink
7:00am - BEACH (walk/beachcomb/play in the waves)
9-10am: Limp up the stairs to get more tea + snack/breakfast
12:00pm: BEACH REDUX
2-3pm: Shower, get ready for dinner/socialize
6-7pm: Dinner
9-11pm: Go to bed
