Considering that low #BackPain is biggest cause of disability worldwide I really appreciate everyone who’s shared this post.

Especially getting the word out to those living further north, and in rural areas where virtual care can play an increasingly valuable role.
Many communities in northern #Ontario have limited access to healthcare for #BackPain.

Virtual consultations are one option that can help.

There are some songs that always put you in your happy place, no matter how many times you hear them. Listening to one of those now: Allman Brothers, "Stormy Monday" from Live at the Fillmore East. Love the T-Bone Walker version, too, but the Hammond organ on the Allman's version uplifts it, imo.

Most #BackPain, and leg pain associated with back pain, doesn’t require a surgeon’s opinion.

But there are a few key signs and symptoms that when present are good indications to ask your doctor or nurse practitioner for a surgical consultation.

If you suffer from chronic back pain, and you're in Canada, it might be helpful to check out this link.

Word of caution: the video says it's 2 minutes long, but it's only 1:52.
I should probably promote my clinic here, as well.

Scroll halfway down the homepage to watch the the short intro video and see if you can tell the difference between me, and the plants I’m standing beside.

I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

I know not many people see my posts, but I would just like to make a little plea, and hope those of you who see this will share it:

People will want to make all kinds of ketchup-flinging jokes tonight, and also in the upcoming days as more of the #EpsteinFiles are revealed.

But:

Crazy how in high school kids would make fun of other kids in the arts. Band, choir, or theater, these kids would get bullied.

Do you like music? Movies or TV? How do you think so many of the people who create those things started?

There are a whole ton of people who never encountered drive-thru bank tellers with pneumatic tubes, and I feel so sorry for them.

I know I'm dating myself here, but I swear, I can hear Gilda Radner's Emily Litella character in my head: "What's all this fuss I'm hearing about Tylenol making you artistic? What's wrong with being artistic! The world needs art! Did Beethoven take Tylenol? Did Van Gogh? They must have!"

Still don't understand why someone thought they could put a date on the rapture.

September 23rd according to what? GMT? That's 4 hrs ahead of EDT, and 7 hrs ahead of PDT.

Think God gives a fuck about time zones?

Every reporter with a chance to ask Trump a question needs to say this:
"Mr Trump, what makes you think you know more about autism than trained scientists and researchers who have studied it? Also, why haven't you released the Epstein files?"

Gonna tell my kids Napster was a service where you'd pay people to take naps with you.

Like Uber Eats or Door Dash but for naps.

@myrafayeturner.bsky.social How's this sound, Myra?

Cooked chorizo (can't find Andouille), then cooked chicken in the sausage grease. Sautéed peppers, onions and celery in Cajun spices, then a can of diced tomatoes, Red Hot, Worcestershire, and a cup of rice. Added the meat and let the rice cook.

Farm Aid is today.

Almost 78% of farmers voted for Trump.

I'm not saying don't donate, as farms are essential.

But I have to wonder if they see the correlation between electing Trump, and some farms having to let crops just rot, other farms going bankrupt, and their bailouts getting smaller.

Watching the "A-Team" as an adult makes me realize that this show that I absolutely loved as a kid, was really, really horrible.

People firing guns at each other constantly, and no one, not even a nameless minion of the weekly villain, gets shot. Car flips over 15 times, and the driver crawls out.
