It’s common and sort of understandable to see Miller as this evil genius. Important to remember he’s actually a complete fucking moron who, when he got a chance, immediately engineered a PR disaster that shitcanned Trump’s best-polling issue. Always the way with these types.

So the new FCC doctrine is that I am allowed to express my opinion as long as I also air the other side's opinion which is that I am not allowed to express my opinion. Is that right? I am so confused and also there's no reason to be confused because it's pretty clear what's going on here

To which I'd add that the NYT sets the tone for Democratic Party, certainly for its geriatric leadership wing, and the way it calmly normalizes lunatic and fascistic Republican behavior tends to neutralize the Democratic Party's ability to make an issue of it.

This is not the Oxford Union. Democrats should consider practicing politics at some point.

Himes: It was exceedingly hard to watch. Even if you stipulate that it is a war, there is a very specific prohibition against killing individuals who have been removed from the fight. And there is no question that these individuals were removed from the fight.
