It is absolutely not OK for the Administration to hold a military-issues briefing restricted to members of a single political party. There is nothing--nothing--where nonpartisanship is more essential than in the governance of the military. A one-party military is not an instutition of a democracy.
Democrats are furious that the Trump Administration held a briefing on Capitol Hill today about U.S. military strikes on suspected drug boats. Only Republicans were invited. This is from Sen. Mark Warner D-VA.
