Vacation plan is about three days in New York, arriving via the Chicago Cardinal (tacking on an extra day for the train and any potential freight related stops). Staying in a hostel for a few nights, packing light, and taking the subway to explore. Ideally, bringing the 16mm cam and some film.

Imagine making a Giant Robot Tokusatsu with full American studio backing, but still 100% dudes in rubber suits. Like it's high quality, but completely physical practical effects (and y'know like CG for backgrounds and such).
