I need to refocus on my health. After a major health scare at the beginning of 2023 I was putting in the work and seeing results from. Another unrelated health scare at the end of 2023 knocked me off track and with my job becoming more demanding in 2024 the motivation to get back to it was gone.

The whole time I was watching the movie The Descent all I could think was "this is some of THEE MOST WPS ever". Cause nothing about exploring a cave seems like a good time.
One of the craziest things white people do for fun to me is cave exploring. Like I heard about a guy who died because he tried to explore a cave alone above his level and he died hanging upside down stuck trying to fit through a narrow passage 😭
