Black folks have family that go their entire lives being called a name that has nothing to do with the name on their birth certificate. We definitely not going to stop calling this the prayer emoji just cause someone says it has a different name.

These kids..... my cousin posted a picture of my mom's senior picture on Facebook that had the graduation year as 1969 & my kid commented that she'd never seen that picture of me before.

It's so good. Slow burn, likeable characters and excellent unique plot. Not very spicy but it doesn't need to be.

This was the first FM book I've read despite seeing them all over Booktoc and I hate to knock somebody's hustle but if all her books are like that one she's definitely not worth the hype.
