A little while ago I posted that a mate, a former armed police officer in Norfolk, UK, told me that no Norfolk police officer had ever shot anyone. Yesterday Norfolk police shot & killed a man carrying a handgun, the first ever fatal shooting by Norfolk police. (population estimated at 940,000)
