Ending the year very proud of my fitness progress! 2024 was a HUGE fitness speedbump thanks to a herniated disc that kept me from lifting for months. After re-learning form and really dedicating myself, I can definitely say I’m stronger and better than I’ve ever been! At age 38 no less~
