The 🇷🇺 ⚛️ icebreaker 'Yakutiya' is today steaming outside the coast of 🇳🇴 Finnmark on her way back to the Russian Arctic after a docking in Kronstadt, St. Petersburg. For the simple reason that Russia does have a floating dock up north big enough for the new generation icebreakers.
