Vintage Friday: Gloster Gladiator tail number 423 is nearing completion of its restoration. 432 was flown by Lt. Dag Krohn in the defence of Norway in 1940, and took down two bombers, a Heinkel 111 and a Dornier 17. Abandoned on a frozen lake, it was lost until 1991. www.nrk.no/norge/fann-k...

Similar to the package they offered for Finland's HX fighter programme, but heavier on the AEW side. HX bid eventually lost out to the F-35, though. Will be interesting to see if this gets any traction, IDK enough about CA procurement to have any idea.
