Great second half and plying the way a lot of us have been calling for for weeks, direct and trying to take game to people. Had we tried to do that v other teams who aren’t as good as Man City we might not be where we are!

Fear this is the worst possible result. Bit like the Liverpool result in 2022.
A paper over the flaws.

So he can sub before 70 mins?
Bijol and DCL coming on for the second half.

How are the stats? Are we outrunning them?

On the plus side, we have a proactive manger and we always put in good second half performances…oh.

😤 Looking to get back into it! 1-0

Hope the away fans let the club know what they think of this. What a shambles. We’ve spent £12m on a keeper worse than Meslier.

You know how every goal we conceded under Marsch was the same. The system was at fault. Well that. It is happening again.
November 29, 2025 at 3:11 PM
Glad we sorted the left hand side, that goal is like every goal we concede, problem is the midfield. We need to bin off 3 in the middle.

Not sure this is a great line to take, the data shows better team in 6 matches but only got 2 points. It demonstrates he can’t win points. Fulham for example: better team in first half, decided not to make changes and go for the win, they did and battered at the door for 20 mins before scoring.
Farke remains convinced he can turn the tide.

⚪ "17th would be great success."
⚪ “When I judge the objective data, that gives me lots of confidence."
⚪ "We are in the top two, with Man City, for physical output."
⚪ Against NEW, FUL, BOU, TOT, BUR, AVL "(data shows) we were the better side."

Leeds finishing 17th this season would be ‘a great success’, says Daniel Farke
Farke's side are 18th in the Premier League heading into Saturday's game at Manchester City.

Plot. Lost. What is he on about? 25 years…we finished 8th under Bielsa with a points total that would have got us to 6th the season after!
DF: "I was aware what happens with such a passionate club. There were many doubts during last season. We want to be the first side in 25 years to establish this club in the PL. When I judge our games, we are in the top two, with City, for physical output. Good fitness level and mentality." #lufc

Me and Brenden have had very similar days, I ran 10km this morning and then contributed nothing to Leeds's performance #lufc
DF: "He represents so many skills we want for Leeds United. He works his socks off, gives everything for the team, relentless work, not perfect, but gives always everything. It's more than unfair. In his last three performances, he was always covering 13km per game." #lufc

This drives me nuts. Why are we not trying to win games NOW. Didn’t try to beat Forest or Burnley. Threw today away but that’s fine because we have to play Wolves and Burnley at home at some point? The “everyone around us” will be 9 points clear at this rate!
DF: "We need six more wins and a few draws to stay up. We still have home game against everyone around us to come. We have enough to get the points we need to stay up. Brave today, I liked that. Conceding too many goals down our left side." #lufc

We all saw it apart from the one person who could do something about it.
Emery answering questions.

"Very happy because we were challenged in this match after the break. First half was not the rhythm we wanted. Did not play brilliant. Second half, they got tired and we dominated more." #lufc

The late substitutions caused us that defeat again. You cannot press like that then let them have 4 subs to nil. Absolutely basic. We looked so much better after the subs and could’ve got a second but we should never have been 1-2 down #lufc

So predictable. We are just wasting time preserving with Farke.
November 23, 2025 at 3:55 PM
WTAF are these Subs?
November 23, 2025 at 3:33 PM
What? That is 4 tactical subs before the 66th minute! Madness.
Sancho and Barkley coming on for McGinn and Watkins. #lufc

Neither were offside. Thought they had to let attacks play out or did they realise it was Brenda so would come to nothing anyway?

63 - Ampadu takes a yellow. Takes out Tielemans.

Would quite like to see DCL and Nmecha playing together but that requires some tactical flexibility.
November 23, 2025 at 3:24 PM
Chris Sutton can see we need changes. Shame our manager is clueless.
November 23, 2025 at 3:22 PM
Okafor ain’t all that if you ask me.
