Also, would he actually play them? We’ve got Gnonto, James, Piroe, DCL sitting on the bench. Can’t bemoan lack of options when you don’t play them. We looked much better with James and Piroe on. Shame it was not until 80th minute.

But Farke insisted that he has final say on transfers so how does the squad not suit him? He just isn’t using it to its potential, he’s inflexible and tactically inept.

Which is odd, given they accused Radz and Orta of being indecisive and HERE WE ARE, again!

Go on… on a side note the like for like changes things drives me nuts. He won’t change formation, struck me we should have gone 442. DCL is perfect frontman for Piroe to play alongside.

But the subs were still wrong when they came. Everyone (and Emery said the same after) saw we were struggling with tiredness. His changes made us weaker in midfield and invited them onto us further.

Did he though? He was more often not in the squad or on the bench. When he did start he was subbed 90% of the time.
