Sous vide turkey breast, air fryer turkey skin, Hasselback potatoes, roast butternut squash, carrots, and sweet potatoes, cornbread apple dressing, morel gravy made from homemade turkey stock, and green bean almondine with a lemon beurre blanc. All from scratch. Hard work, but delicious.

My wife has been recovering from a knee replacement in the hospital since Wednesday. On the first night, she was worried about her gown not being closed in the back when getting out of bed. I told her not to worry because it was a Full Beaver Super Moon.
