Both Canada and Australia had elections where the right wing 'anti-woke' party completely reversed their lead and lost.

Then the right wing party leader lost his own seat and has to make another MP step down so he can try and win it. Sad.

While a Youtuber released a 3 hr video cherry picking information, elevating astro turf tech groups, and claiming the lawsuits are faulty, in reality things are moving in a positive direction for creatives!

In one of the lawsuits brought up, Kadrey v Meta, this is what the judge had to say 👇
"You have companies using copyright-protected material to create a product that is capable of producing an infinite number of competing products," said Chhabria to Meta's attorneys in a San Francisco court last Thursday. "You are dramatically changing, you might even say obliterating, the market for that person's work, and you're saying that you don't even have to pay a license to that person... I just don't understand how that can be fair use.
