I got the opportunity to work on the "Yu-Gi-Oh Reanimated" project! My shot assignment was the mighty Blue Eyes White Dragon emerging from the clouds. This was a huge challenge but I also had a blast and learned how to use a spot light and some composition tricks in After Effects.

Artist beware, do not use the website "MyTipMe"
Noticed their mascot looked off, they are not NSFW friendly, and they take 15% (tippers pay the fee, but that still feels off to me.) They're partnered with Stripe, and I know fees exist on other platforms I am just very wary about all of this.

Finally it's finished. It's been a while since I pushed this hard into a piece but I absolutely love all the detail and the lighting.

This was so much fun, it really got my creative juices flowing and it was a challenge me every step of the way!
A blacksmith behind an anvil...wait that's the head of a hammer! He seems to be forging a candy cane in his little workshop filled with life-sized items. This is the Candysmith, a tiny Elf forging crafts out of sugar and chocolate. His shelves are filled with various candies and all around him can be seen items from the real world such as a candle holder forge, a box of matches, a pocket watch, a pin cushion, a spool of thread and some tinker toys.

Art and writing wise: complete ten chapters per quarter of my story Manifest Revolt and hopefully have a completed manuscript by 2027. Chapters will also have illustrations. It's a big goal, but damn it, this story needs to get out. It's literally seeping out of every single one of my pores.

I think everyone working in science should be required to take art classes. When I took a few art classes, I was surprised at how much work goes into it. A lot of people don’t realize that. Happy New Year 🎊

2025 was a great year for me. @40doodles.bsky.social and I got married!!! I got an amazing new job and moved to a better city. Things have been good for us. My life is filled with love, and I hope 2026 brings the same joy.

Sort of a teaser with what Boru and Leanna encounter on their path that will be told in my comic. He thought certain fears were far behind him, but it returns with an even darker form. The Rot thrives inside existing corrupted souls.

Three frames. Boru and Leanna next to each other on a path. Boru's arm hairs rise and he takes note. Leanna asks, "What's the matter?" He responds, "That." Regarding his arm. "My hairs don't stand like that unless--" Is suddenly interrupted by the last thing he wants to hear. his name is being called off screen in a playful, menacing tone. "Booo-rruu~!" Third frame is Boru standing stiff while Leanna, holding his arm, turns around and sees the figure behind her, that says: "No, darling. Not you. The betraying FUCK head you're touchin.'" Three more frames. Brick, Boru's cousin and longtime abuser, is standing behind him with flakes of skin coming off as if he is burning flesh. Cracks like porcelain. He looks nearly zombified, angry, but smiling. "Tell him to quit reminiscing about our good ol' times and look at me." Boru, visibly stunned and unable to move, is fearing for his life. He is thinking, "I thought he was killed. How did he find me. What do I do, Gods help me - He's going to kill me." Leanna is seen then trying to get him to move, yanking on his arm, with no luck. She yells, "come on, lets go!" This will be continued and finished in the comic form. Sort of to share that there is more than the actual rot they have to worry about and figure out together.
