Pardon my suddenly watery eyes, but a long-time regular just stopped in with this.

He'd been reading, found this line, and thought of me, so he wrote it out and brought it in.

I can be a big critic of the BBC, quite rightly at times but I would happily pay more to help them shove it to the orange baby! #FuckTrump

I see the media are trotting out the same old shit about Starmer fighting for his job. Either after the Budget or maybe after the May elections. When will they realise this is a Labour gov. Not the backstabbing Tories. Starmer gave them an election victory no one thought possible. He’s going nowhere

A spoon of electricity –
that’s what I can say about today in Kyiv.

Power outages are long.
But, as I once said, I try to do regular things during them
(well, the ones I can).

Life goes on,
just often in darkness.

This made me cry. The WWII generation have almost all died out but the people who fought in Vietnam, Afghanistan etc are still with us. We live the lives we have because of the sacrifices these people made.
Honoring all of our veterans today. Thank you for your service and defending democracy. Praying everyone will remember your service and sacrifice and continue to work to save democracy. 🇺🇸

That sounds like an accusation made by people who don't read.
