I can't speak for any of the actors who were replaced outside of the strike - though I have spoken to a couple of them - but IMHO, Hoyo seems willing to recast people as soon as they aren't willing to accept being treated as though they are expendable.
And those actors can't speak out about that.

Seeing that he didn't even know until just recently makes me really suspicious of what happened with Argenti and Huo Huo in Star Rail and a few ZZZ recasts early on. These were before the strike, but it was very strange how little transparency there was.

You can tell because Shizuka and Suneo look completely wrong, and there's telltale problems with the lineart.

grokipedia inspired me to read about commercial Wikipedia clones/derivatives and omg "wikiwand" is such a racket! brands itself as "beautiful wikipedia UX" but basically just slaps ads on articles and charges $5/mo to remove them. and misleads you into thinking the $ supports wikipedia!!!
