Actually the question that occurs to me is "will you nominate him anyway even after years of people telling you they won't vote for him if you do, and then when you lose as you were warned you would, will you blame not yourselves but the people who warned you."
If he ends up being the Democrat on the presidential ticket in 2028, you would rather vote republican or not vote at all because of this issue?? That’s the million dollar question. Not the hill I would die on and def not worth losing an election over!

I'm doing an Outer Worlds 2 run where I try to get the achievement for not spending a single bit. So far the biggest challenge is having enough ammo, since I can't even buy the recipes to craft my own.

Trump suggests Khashoggi had it coming: "You're mentioning someone that was extremely controversial. A lot of people didn't like that gentleman that you're talking about. Whether you like him or didn't like him, things happen. But he knew nothing about it. You don't have to embarrass our guest."

"Only" 29%. That still means over a quarter of the people polled support murder.
According to new Reuters poll, only 29% of Americans support using the U.S. military to kill suspected drug traffickers without a judge or court being involved. 51% oppose. www.reuters.com/world/us/jus...

The only thing that has really scared me that I might be getting old is I recently thought "I wish I'd known how nice (other old age thing) was when I was younger and not let the fact that it was for old people stop me." No! That is absolutely a thought that an out-of-touch old person would have!

We just watched Death by Lightning (docudrama about James Garfield and his assassin) this past weekend and today I'm wondering if that was the last time a truly good person was President.

Things in Jamaica still aren't great and I don't see anyone reporting on it. I'm only aware because our NOC is there.

A trickle-down effect of militarizing our police is the ridiculous militarizing of retail loss prevention. I just had my purchase checked by a dude in pretty close to full SWAT gear.

I'm washing my heavily Vault-Tec themed car with the intention of taking it out to Goodsprings to show it off for Fallout Weekend, even though I know Goodsprings is dusty and my car will be dirtier when I get back than it is now 🤷

Here's a new one: the POS screen defaulted to an 18% tip and my waitress changed it to No Tip before handing it over to me. I wonder if customers have complained about the 18%?

Ten years ago some medication went "missing" in my house and in the subsequent years I've come to realize it was almost certainly stolen by a friend who became increasingly unhinged as time went by. I think they stole it to prevent me from taking it. Hindsight is a hell of a thing.
