Like many women scientists of a certain age, it is difficult to express how much I fucking LOATHE Larry Summers. 👩🏻‍🔬🧪

Oh he’s in the Epstein files? I’m shocked, shocked…
Bless Elizabeth Warren for making sure Larry Summers never achieved his dream of being Fed Chair. Small victories.

Message to our friends from our hoomom. If able plz consider donating to a group that provides food for the beloved pets of people struggling right now. Our mum grew up very poor & remembers how hard it was to feed the family & their pet. Share some kindness. Love you all 🩷

Why would Chump expect to get cheered at the DC stadium?

He's been at war with them!

I hope if he changes the name, a lot of people come out with spray paint cans.... ;)

So the one to 25,000 bad apples in the NYPD are "self-deporting?" What a great way to weed out the most prejudiced assholes. Congratulations, New York City!

Twelve minutes of extra time on this NYC FC - Charlotte game. That's most likely due to the yellow cards handed out like they were boxes of candy. #mls #woolawdy

May I humbly suggest a Canadian science memoir about the history of women in botany and the struggle of being a mother in modern science research?

What was the last book you read and really enjoyed?

I can only read a few thousands books per year, so please, go easy on me.

I read some of Philip Larkin's poetry, and I thought it was okay sometimes, even though there was clearly an angry tone here and there.

And then I read what he thought about black people, and working people going to University, and women, and whoooo yeah, I don't think I'll be reading more Larkin.

Did my bike ride around my apartment complex for the first time. The bike was dropped off here the other day. The handyman from our old place helped us out.

Had a hard time riding it up the line of the piece of lawn that goes right next to the sidewalk. Mom came outside and helped me.

It's early afternoon where I live, and I find myself listening to German opera.

What dimension am I in? What year is this?

I usually far prefer French and Italian composers.

I volunteer at a food bank called Metropolitan Ministries. It was founded in the 1960s by three Methodist congregations.

Tomorrow, I go to do my three hours a week, sifting through clothing and food donations.

This costs me $0.

If you are a nonbeliever, you can maybe find a civic organization
