Family Christmas was a success. Spider-Man & Wednesday were both hits. My nephew’s little face when he opened his up… my Grinchy heart swelled.
Now it’s time to re-clean the house. But maybe after I finish off what’s left of the lemon meringue pie. 😉 New Year’s will be a new me but that’s later.

We’re in the quiet time before the storm. House is clean & food has been as prepped as it can be for now. Would like to lay down on the sofa but I don’t want to flatten one side of my hair or get dog hair on my black pants.
Guess I’ll do a little crochet until I need to dig into cooking.

It’s a white Christmas here but not how I envisioned it. Now that the day has brightened the view outside our windows looks to be near whiteout foggy conditions. Beggars can’t be choosers. 🎄😶🌫️

Finished in time for our family Christmas tomorrow evening. Both were requests from my niece & nephew. I can’t wait for them to see.

My aunt stopped by to pick up her dumpster fires. She rang the doorbell that’s never used. Hubby HAD a forkful of mac & cheese partway to his mouth when the dogs went off. Now we’re washing the tablecloth covered in cheese sauce. 😱😆
