Well, we were supposed to be attending the Chocolate Festival in Montreal this weekend, but they postponed it to March, due to a transit strike😭. Our hotel and train tickets are nonrefundable, so we're heading there anyway. Fabulous restaurants, here we come!! There's always something going on!😃

I realize that I've posted about Strandbeests before (or perhaps it was on Post News? 🤔); but I still find them quite fascinating. Theo Jansen creates the Strandbeests, which are propelled by wind.

Dinner last night was scrumptious! Icelandic Langoustines (AKA Icelandic Scampis or Norway lobster), baked with butter, parsley, a little minced garlic and onion, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Panko crumbs. 😋
Roasted potatoes; and salad with homemade maple, Balsamic vinaigrette.
Yum!!!! 😁
