The video of Alex Perretti kicking and spitting on an unmarked car is bad ass because if the dynamic was flipped and an ICE agent kicked a civilian’s car until the tail light broke, the agent would have internal bleeding on his foot & DOJ would accuse the driver of using his tail light as a weapon.
