Went and I checked this, and Edwin's correct: On the left is text from the reconciliation bill "PROHIBITING FEDERAL MEDICAID AND CHIP FUNDING FOR GENDER TRANSITION PROCEDURES FOR MINORS" On the right is from the Manager's amendment that strikes the word "FOR MINORS."

In a sense there is a relief that the US will no longer be a dominant superpower, but at the same time there is such a large grief from all of the people that will be impoverished or killed from the US's current actions.
I pray that this terribly clarity can be used for good.

Its the worst time to Trans because *points at state of the United States* but its somehow also the best time to Trans because if it was anything else but true the state of the world would convince me to not go down this path.

It's truly sad that it's so difficult to find a church that is welcoming and affirming that also takes the Bible seriously.
