This was the main dish I brought to Xmas outdoor rooftop lunch yesterday: Dreena Burton's festive chickpea tart! Chickpeas, cranberries, spinach, onion , garlic etc. So tasty! It was a wholly vegan Xmas spread and everything was delicious. Recipe in replies.
